Spokane Rental Studio
Shutterworks Rentals Spokane is proud to offer a spacious rental studio for video production and photography shoots in Spokane. It is conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Spokane International Airport (GEG).
Our studio is approximately 900 sq. feet, measuring 23 feet wide and 36 feet long with a 14-foot ceiling. The rental studio is located on the ground floor and has its own load-in door, heating, air conditioning, and bathroom. Parking is free for all vehicles on our 20,000-square-foot lot.
The studio is available to rent by the full day. High-speed wireless internet and all utilities are included in the rental rate.
Electrical Upgrades
The studio has its own separate 400-amp electrical service. It has a 50-amp 120/220v outlet, a 30-amp 120/220v outlet, and twelve 120v 20-amp duplex outlets. Four of the 20-amp outlets are on a dedicated, separate circuit. Outlets are located every 5 to 6 feet along all walls for easy cabling.
Acoustic Treatment
We hired a Grammy-nominated acoustic consultant to optimize sound propagation and permeation within the space. Floor-to-ceiling sound curtains line the walls and ceiling to minimize flutter and reverb. Further treatment is accomplished with strategically placed acoustic foam panels.
Convenient Rentals
The studio is offered complete with a 12’ seamless white background or cloth backdrop, folding tables and chairs, and the equipment listed under “Included Equipment” on this page.
You can add more grip equipment, including green screens, floppies, overheads, and more. You can bring your own light fixtures or rent any of our fixtures on site, including Profoto strobes for still photography shoots.
